In all honesty, all of them need to take a step back from each other. Joowon needs to figure out who he is outside of this toxic 'relationship'. Like throw himself into work or just distract himself, because his situation with Haesoo is unhealthy mentally and emotionally for both of them. Joowon shows clear signs of being a mental/emotional abuser, but at the same time may also have some other repressed problems that have caused him to get this way over the years, and this 'relationship' literally did not aide in the development of his mental state. Although I feel the same could be said for Haesoo, I feel more so he needs to learn to love and value himself. Because of being in this type of bad 'relationship' from a young age, trying to emulate that person, and always having them as a through-line in your life while you're trying to grow up/experience new things and relationships you are bound to not know yourself. Also, he has anxiety, bad familial bonds, and a complex about his visuals so now's the time to take a step away from everyone and everything and learn to love yourself. You can't love others or even express an emotional connection if you don't even know yourself and your emotions well enough. And, as for Taekyung...I seriously think the nod earlier in the series about his professor telling him to separate art from reality is good advice, because all I am seeing from him is an intrigue and almost obsession with Haesoo because he interests him artistically. His 'love' for Haesoo came so suddenly & he has a history of pursuing relationships with his subjects. There are signs that he is developing real feelings, but I am just truly interested in how those feelings will develop or dissolve after the exhibition closes. How sincere are his feelings? Honestly, these are all broken people that can't even fix themselves, so IDK why they keep trying to find solace in each other. I love a story that has me question the deeper connections between its characters.
