There is no "hardcore" rape, but there are a couple scenes involving it. It's not contextually glorified, although there is abuse. After all, this manga contains a mafia/heir type theme. Additionally, with the psycho abusive ex boyfriend theme.
Yikes! sounds like i should save myself the heartbreak and read something else, something fluffy and lovey dovey. But since i like torturing myself, imma go ahead and read it anyway.
Yes, if you are sensitive to those sorts of things then that is advised! However, I've seen manga that are much worse and heavily revolved around these scenes. While this manga does show it, I can say they are much more brief moments.
Does the story contain rape? Should i read it?
I read the first chapter and the art is exactly my type. The plot looks interesting too but i HATE HATE HATE rape or anything related to rape and judging by the comments, there's rape in the story.
I really wanna read it but am scared to continue now (￣∇￣")
