I don't think he's a bad person it was just the way he was brought up if you think about it. All he knows is that he wasn't raised to be nice or compassionate with other people's feeling because no one showed him those feelings so how is he supposed to know what's wrong and what's right in those situations. It just like telling someone who was taught that being gay is a sin and you would go to hell and then turn out gay but reject who they are bc it was the way they were taught.
True and I understand what point you're making. I'm just thinking from a different perspective. Bc I was in a situation for almost eleven years. They could have changed their ways and did for maybe a week but went back to what they grew up around but that's just my experience. And I grew up on giving people chance even when I shouldn't but you just want to trust and believe they will change and sometimes it doesn't go the way you want So you have to let go. So I don't think Jihyun is bad bc he actually reflected and made the decision to leave, but some might think he's bad bc of the things he did in his past but your past doesn't do fine who you are. So I can't speak for others but I can for myself.

he is a bad person, even if he was raised that way. he did bad shit and he should be held accountable for that. yes i understand totally where youre coming from, buti know people who have gone through sever abuse, and do not hurt or manipulate or abuse others. good, he refelcted and left, but he still did a huge load of terrible things, inclduing raping chiwoo. it may his past, but your past self is still a part of you today, and he needs to face punishment for what he did.
