If you’re talking about the part where the blondie says “should we go for another round? I came” it really means “do we really have to go for another round? I already came” and the guy means “well i didn’t come yet so yeah” i hope that’s one of the parts you were confused on(;´д｀)
Sorry but the translation doesn't make sense to me at all, I'm completely lost and I don't know if I'm just stupid and the only one who doesn't get anything
