Either underleveled or they just couldnt keep up with the amount of monsters in the stampede. When it started there were requests for extra help online as people began panicking about the mass stampedes happening all over, but everyone was needed where they were and no one came to support that city so they were overrun in the end. (〜￣△￣)〜
looks like the monsters there were much higher level.
Bacon said that higher level monsters were coming out before contact was lost with him. It also said that all of a sudden monsters simultaneously came out in 63 different locations.
Out of all the places that hasn't end the raid, why there?
Was there a lot of underlevel adventure in that area or what?
