In my opinion, Korean food is spicy for the sake of spicy. Indian food is spicy for the sake of flavor. (I've never had Indian food from India so not entirely sure tho lol)
I'm from Bangladesh so our food culture is almost same as India, especially in term of spices. That's why I was interested
