For those who have never tried it, I got some from a Korean supermarket's food court a few years back, thinking that it would be mild compared to tteokbokki from an actual restaurant.
The burn was literally SO much worse than the fire noodle challenge & it got stuck in my mouth no matter how much milk I drank. Can't really blame the dragon for thinking that she was trying to kill him if the ones he tried were anywhere close to mine's..... >.>
Oh my god, I once tried a “mild” flavor my MIL had and it was hot enough that I literally wanted to cry, it hurt soooo much. Korean food is no joke when it comes to spiciness
