I saw from another spoiler that it wasn't the heroine who was transmigrated but her (fake?) Mom. And she's been abusing the heroine since she was young trying to mold her into the personality she has in the book, but that just backfired since the heroine doesn't want to be like that at all. So, the heroine who fell in love with the second prince decided to rebel against the mom after she arrived to the capital, and act the complete opposite of what she was forced to do.

So, from what I understood, sasha was not the only who reincarnated, the heroine was also a person from sasha world who got reincarnated as well. She literally freaked out when sasha said all of that to her, because 1, her father who is not her father beats her, and 2, her mother who is not her mother also harms her.
I personally am surprised that the heroine can keep herself sane after all of those abuse she suffered. She wanted to rebel and didn't want to be the heroine that was displayed in the novel or she will die that way. That's why she acted like that. Also, she read the novel as well and loved the other prince deeply. That's why shes not attracted to the crown dumbass crown prince.
Sasha finds out afterward and they share their woe together. Also, it seems like the heroine had more info about the novel then Sasha did.
