It seems like he's in a relationship with Su Yan, but regards the other lady as his older sister. So while they both may feel something for him, he seems to only be romantically interested in Su Yan.

Thank god for that, and I must say I was shocked when I saw him kiss Su Yan, yeah they talked about it, and made that pledge. Yet they never explicitly showed such affection, at least from what I remember.
