The divorce doesn't happen for quite a while. It hasn't even happened in the English translation of the novel yet, and so far there are 117 chapters, but the English version gets uploaded in two parts per chapter. So basically, they upload half a chapter at a time. To answer your question though, the divorce happens in chapter 83 of the original Korean novel.
