myreadingmanga has language filters so you can only read japanese ones if you'd like, only problem is it's pretty much only yaoi/smut doujins. your best bet is to look up the name of a manga you want to read and then "raws". for learning japanese i recommend reading shounen or manga aimed at a younger audience, as they'll have hiragana next to the kanji, teaching you how it's pronounced, i think most shounen jump mangas have this.
