Apparently, you need to communicate with the admin by using the report flag, and choosing "upload chapter", it explains how to.
I guess that if they had it, they'd had already shared it. You could start with a chapter and try it out. Or probably could ask them if need it, but I dont know if they'd answer. Good luck!

Ok, hi there! I don't know if it is allowed to do such thing here, but I have a "vip" on toomics and can make screenshots of 69-78 chapters and send them to the uploader.
