Need help (Yaoi)

I was looking for a manga wherein the Uke is a student and studying Photography. He is very talented and took any pictures (of weird things but still look beautiful.) He was in Italy or France (I dont quite remember the country but I know he was out in Japan) at that time he had an accident with a vehicle and have so much blood flowing. A foreigner help him and take him to the hospital. Thats when they got closer.

Well, thats what I remember. Hope someone knows it.
