From what I saw in the raws ........ And ignore if you don't want spoilers. But I don't think he himself has realized he likes/ needs Miha which is a bit sad. He just thinks he is possessive and Miha is his possession. And thats why he is ok with having a tons of lovers and liked the childhood friend.

I feel like Sohwa was using Chungha as Miha’s replacement . They both are quite lovely, thin, and with wavy hair . So I wouldn’t be surprised, if he was using him , but of course Miha is too dense to realize this .
