Mmmh you can try using the flag that's on the left side of any manga's page, but no way to say if it'd work. They're pretty reactive whenever you signal a bug but for other stuff no idea.
Now for yuri manga, I've never managed to find one that's real good and not on the homepage so uh :/
I think I'll wait one or two days to use the flag so I can see if they reply my email

I'm trying to read more yuri now because I have a lot of yaoi on my list. I thought it would be easier to find the good ones, but it seems that unfortunately it is not the case... But ty anyway~!
yep they dont answere. once there was some kind of crash, since then you cant see album pictures (only the sign for a pict). I asked about it, if its possible to get them back or something. never got a reply.
(of course you can make albums, loading up pics, its just you cant see the old ones)

I never tried contacting mangago per email, only in the website itself when uploading chapters or for questions, but yeah, it wasn't as serious as your suggestion. On mangago, they respond in one or two days

I just tried to get in contact with mangago (I was asking about site feature suggestions. To be more specific, I think that an option to export your manga list would be really useful if the site goes down. If it does, a lot of the users would lose track of their mangas, right? So I think it would be good)
Anyway, the question is: Anyone that tried to get in contact with them, you received an answer? I sent it by gmail because I don't know any other option of contact.
