I had a feeling that Arisaka was in love with Shima, just by the way he would get that happy smile on his face every time he is with him!! I think from the beginning Natori should have left Arisaka a lone until he does get over Shima because now Natori is in the same boat that Arisaka is in. Natori is in love with Arisaka and Arisaka is in love with Shima who already has a lover!! I think Shima should tell Arisaka to leave so that he can forget about him!!
