I’m getting the feeling that Arisa remembers Hiroto and what happened. And I think the reason why Azumi doesn’t is because she was too young to understand what she did. I believe Azumi had only repeated what her sister said to everyone in her class. From what I had pieced together, Hiroto’s brother was dressed up like a girl at that time and I think Arisa caught that. So she ended up telling Azumi, who was in the same class as Hiroto’s brother. And from there you can guess that she told everyone in their class. Plus, Arisa probably was spreading that around too. Well, this is just me taking a stab at this with only what information was given.
