Yeah, that's what I think so. Aside from him being concern about Gyoon's problem with Jihyen, we all know how infatuated he is with the chairwoman and by extension, Gyoon, right? We also know he's an M and he wants Gyoon to act like an S to him. To an M (Soh), seeing their S (Gyoon) cry is not arousing/pleasing/stimulating to look at, they would rather see them get mad at them. Soh likes to make Gyoon angry or disappointed at him because that's what's he likes. Making him cry?, not so much. You can check the raws if you like to.
I won't check the raws, but let's see what'll coming next.
