Did kashima get rejected?
Ikr can someone pls confirm
After the confession at Chap 12 toono asked kashima "Why?" in which he answered "I wonder why" and so he wasn't rejected but then at chap 13 Kashima answered why he loved toono then confessed once again but toono said that he kinda like kashima but cant date cuz he is still confused. Toono at that time is really flustered and kashima hugged him which got toono even more flustered and tried kissing him but got shot down cuz they arent dating.
I forgot to say that after toono asked "why?" the first time kashima confessed they were interrupted and thus chap 13 confession happened. Kashima took his confession at chap 13 as being rejected but just laughed it off as shown later on and he's determined himself to make toono more aware of his feelings by being assertive.

So basically kashima isn't actually rejected?
Could be interpreted that way but I'm curious if you've read up to the latest chapter or not?
