Well.. I read some manga that romantic and the same time active too like Douluo Dalu (all seasons), solo leveling, hunter age, the gamer, the beginning after the end, etc.... But half of them had two wives, so I drop some of them

Douluo Dalu (all season) they already had a children/grandchildren already! (in the novel, I already finished it) same as solo leveling (they had a son, and looks like he "the son" will be doing what his beloved father did in his past), the gamer.. Will... Still.. You know . But the beginner after the end is good, the protagonist of that story already had a girlfriend in the novel as well other women.
