Yoseob leaving the mental hospital after a whiiile.. he convinced the psychiatrist that he is all better but has to go through a therapy session every week. The story he is telling in season 2 is actually the last session with his psychiatrist like a ' confession '

Honestly... I can't really imagine an S2, considering that everyone, minus Yoseob, will live semi-normal lives. If there had to be one, Yoseob would need to believe that Jaeha has left him once again so he'd fake/force his way out of the asylum. Then there will be a quest for the missing Jaeha and... I've got nothing lol. It's easier to imagine "what if"s to important plot point in the middle of the story than it is to imagine how the author would pick up where she ended it.

But what if everyone is living lowkey a normal life they are in uni or got a job and suddenly hear that Yoseob is out of the asylum and panic just strikes every.one.of.them. wow that must be really terrifying..

Ooo, yeah, and maybe Yoseob starts stalking the Lt, so he works together with the Insufferable Duo (Yura and Taeoh) to hunt this lunatic down. Then Yura gets close to Lt, imagining him as Jaeha... And they start dating. But oh no, Yoseob sees and wants some??? It might get a lil weird from here on out. Also Taeoh does stuff.
