That's an entirely different character, they just look the same.
Oh, you meant the couple they meet overseas- well, he's quite a tsundere and does have some issues with expressing himself, so you shouldn't blame him- and I agree that it is much too short, I'd love to see a continuation of their story.
I just think it's a misunderstanding between Carlo and Magira - Carlo wants Magira to be happy so he gives him anything and everything but hides his emotions, Magira just wants to know that Carlo really does love him (which he never says in this or Haru). He feels insecure because Carlo won't even show if he's jealous (all Magira said was that he likes a guy and Carlo invites the guy over expecting them to sleep together).
Honestly though, I don't really like Yuri. Especially after reading the prequel to their story. I mean, he can be such a douchebag to Carlo. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he accuse Carlo of not loving him but only buying him stuffs in Haru Wo Dateite, when it is SO obvious here that Carlo really does care for him. He didn't exactly make it easy for Carlo, now did he? So how can he blame Carlo for buying him stuffs to win his favor!!
Another thing, the plot of the story seemed a little rushed. I think that time should have been taken to develop it better, but oh well.. I'll give it a 3/5
