I’m trying to remember an anime about a guy that has a harem. He has brown hair and odd powers that keep evolving (I guess that’s the word). He’s a spirit at the end. Every time he uses his powers he goes deeper into the other thing he is....he turns into a type of Yggdrasil tree at the end...and at the very very end he gets revived by bc his harem (which now consist of 5-7 year olds) scrapes the tree and used a fragment of it to summon him as a contracted monster. It has a second season but idk about that one either lol
