We saw that Go HaBin (GHB) had the initials (YSH)
Yeon SooHa had the initials (GHB) on him

I think the reason they made Yeon and Yoo have the same initials is because Yoo SaHyun’s soulmate is Go HaBin
Calix Elle Ward aka the Chef’s real name probably has the Initials (GHB) H may or may not have something to do with their restaurant’s name. Since the imprints mark the birth name, if the Chef changed his name, it wouldn’t change the original initials.
