yea! i totally agree with you on that. Also the fact that I don't think Chloe would've even had the time to think or the ability to even come up with the possibility of blaming someone else for her mistake.. she is far too timid to do that
Yea thats what i was thinking, so when i started reading everyone's comments I was really taken by surprise because that was something I hadn't thought of considering the past chloe's personality. (Although i did go back a reread it so I can't dismiss the possibilities that she did since on one of the pages she said "actually..." but who knows but one thing is for sure that the butler was defiantly aware of what was going on)
Hmmmm I have been seeing everyones discussing about the recent chapter with the past Chloe blaming the kitchen maid and I'm not sure if I read it correctly but It seems like the butler sorta guided Chloe into having someone else take the blame since it was some a mistake they couldn't brush aside. To save face for such a mistake it would be easier to push the blame on some one else then to have the duchess make the noble family lose face. (maybe i'm reading too into it but That's what I at least think is what happened. Plus considering that past Chloe is know for making mistakes I doubt the butler would not be aware that it was her fault that the mistake happened since he is basically her assistant and looks over all the stuff she does.)
