What if H mom ends up pregnant how would she explain to her child about their brothers relationship?
I think she's past the age of children with Haesoo being this grown up. Even if a child was adopted, there would be an age gap with both Haesoo and Joowon and they'd both be older brothers to the kid. There's nothing perverse going on. It's just unusual
We dont really know much about what is going on between H mom and J dad but I think its obvious there is still something going on between the two. If J dad brought up the fact that he wanted to be with H mom.
The sibling role isnt forced, its something that is automatic

What Haesoo and Joowon feel for each other can really be built upon. I believe they can begin a new healthy relationship.
It's not fair for the mother to guilt Haesoo and Joowon over a consensual relationship for 10 years! She could still marry Joowon's father without forcing on them sibling roles.
