The uke has to be one of the cutest ones I've seen. Those bastards and bitches from the goukon can burn in hell! I was wondering why this rated an attempted RAPE warning cause there was no way the uke was gonna be able to do anything to the seme that was against his will. But then I saw someone that posted that they didn't like the uke for the scene in chapter 1. Blew right through the warning page. Funny on 2levels.

Sorry, but what he did was rape. Just be he was the one who put it in himself doesn't mean he had the right to do this.

So what do you prefer? Sexual assault tag? Sexual harassment tag? Sexual violent behaviour? It's so much better then rape I guess...*facepalm*

How surprising you sicko. This Tag has it's reasoning, no matter if you deny the rape/sexual assault or not. Facts are facts. To bad for you.

that was an attempt to sexual assault and the author assumes that as uke keeps apologizing for jumping onto the seme, even though he himself had already accepted the apologies. it doesn't make the story bad, it is what it is. why y'all pressed about it lol.

Let's be honest here. The seme could have stopped him, this wasn't rape. He wasn't frozen in fear. He could have kicked him off of him. He allowed the situation to happen.

@ocean As someone who has actually studied this topic quite a bit (and not just relied on Google)...Rape is not just forcing something in someone. That is a common misconception. It is having any kind of forced sex with someone. Anytime genitals are involved without consent, it is rape. If someone sticks even a pinky in without consent, it is rape. If someone forces another to give them a blowjob, it is rape. If someone gives another person a blowjob without consent, it's still rape. If the consensual version of the act is considered any kind of sex and consent is not given, it is rape. Technically, the uke did rape the seme - even if his own genitalia were not involved. This wasn't attempted but completed rape. Also, just because someone doesn't say no or fight back doesn't mean consent was given. That is another misconception. Many people freeze (basically it's the flight version of fight or flight when flight isn't actually an easy option - think deer in the headlights. Just because the deer didn't run doesn't mean they want to be hit by a car). Also, coerced consent is not real consent (think drunk sex or using authority to demand sexual favors - common in the army). Also, the vast majority of rapes are power-driven crimes, like with arson. It's about reclaiming some real or imagined lost power - it is not about what feelings either party has for the other. I'm not saying this to disparage either the author of this manga or yourself. But, I just can't stand idly by while people confuse fantasy and reality in ways that perpetuate negative narratives that cause real harm to real people every day. Now, I'm in no way arguing anyone should feel ashamed of enjoying this fictional story - actually, a majority of people (men and women) admit to enjoying fantasies about rape to some extent (because it's a power play thing and power play can be arousing). As long as someone knows the difference between fantasy and reality and doesn't cross that line, as long as no real person suffers, I don't have a right to judge anyone's fantasies. Like this story all you want if you wish, but understand that it is a complete fiction and, in real life, this is rape.
