its federally set as 13 but most prefectures set it over than 16 . + i morally think its just fucked up so yeah its not my cup of tea lol . thats like a teacher dating a high school sophomore.. i couldnt imagine

Well im going to keep reading, its fiction so im not gonna take it too seriously. You do you though.
I Read a bunch of fucked up things so I don't really take any of it to heart, im just used to that though.
