So I thought about it- she’s probably gonna reject him but probably not as harsh as we expect- maybe she’ll even be like “wait for me” or some sheez- have her own character development- and then come back to him but all I know is, it’s going to be quite the long road to the AlIbe express train

Ibe’s character read novels before she reincarnated, surely she’s read her own fair share of isekai romance novels so does she not grapple with the fact that according to isekai law, she’s the main love interest for Ale??? Like really, Ibe. People don’t get isekai-ed to be the side character
