And then some days after(?) lil bro dies due to the black smoke/ghosts surrounding him. Dohwi tried checking out the smoke, but got intercepted by big bro and gets chased away. Big bro then finds lil bro covered in blood dying. Big bro ends up crying and falls asleep beside his dead body. Next morning the servants find them, lil bro's body has gone purple and cold. Time passes, and big bro becomes a vessel for the bad ghost guy bothering Dohwi's lover (can't remember his name), and there's a showdown where Dohwi almost dies.
What happened to lil bro was pretty anticlimatic.
I only understand a little hangul, but don't know any words for it to be helpful. So this is mostly what I understood by looking at the images.

Extra spoilers... this webtoon uses olden Korean so I probably only understood like 70% of what happened. Joseon speak is difficult urgh
Beom is just the kind of guy that bullies the one he likes because "If he can't love me, then he should hate me and remember me forever". lol
Anyway, Suyeon has been cursing Beom with some voodoo stuff, which is causing the black smoke to surround him. Beom knows about it but just continues to Suyeon be because he loves him and rather die by Suyeon's hand since he knows they cannot be together（/TДT)/ .
The voodoo curse somehow isn't working well so Suyeon finds another book which apparently shows a more powerful curse and after Beom rapes him, he uses the curse which I think backfired? This is when Dohwi finds the black smoke around Beom.
Suyeon dies to the curse and Beom finds the book, so he tries to use the curse on Dohwi now because he feels that Suyeon's death is Dohwi's fault. The ghost dude makes a contract with Beom and I think gains more power. That's why ghost dude can now possess Sungjae's body and attack Dohwi directly.
I think the 3rd season is gonna be new characters from the underworld coming to catch Dohwi because they said something about "The ghost child shouldn't exist, go and catch him" and some Grim Reaper-like dude says ok sure. lol
