This one is simple I guess (?).
I was reading a manga, about a Guy, who was to become a doctor and take over his dad's hospital or something. He messed around with men to breathe, but a guy who almost choked the shit out of him is in bed with him he runs away. Also, he keeps bumping into a guy, the same guy gives our MC a coat after he runs out on the chokey-chokerson and leaves his coat behind.
Also:
* The coat giving guy is a newcomer to the MC's school.
* The MC and the new comer jump out of the window.
* The other guy is a part of a troupe, acting people.
* They had some drinks, the MC and the troupe.
