Y'all Joowon fans are deluded that you go as far as to victim blame Haesoo in this situation and try way too hard to justify Joowons actions, probably because most of yall are so thirsty to get a man in your life that you would accept anything that Joowon does just so you can have a "good looking popular boyfriend". If you go re-read the older chapters you would see that Haesoo was only thinking in his head that it would be nice to see Jowoon get jealous or angry at him for sleeping with others or at least show him some sort of reaction, but he didn't. Wanna know why? Because Jowoon knew that Haesoo loved him the most and as long as they keep this relationship open (aka. Haesoo feeling miserable and unloved), Jowoon would always stay the no.1 person in Haesoo's life. Jowoon had his freedom with Haesoo and could go around doing anything as he wanted because at the end of the day he knew if his others relationships didn't work out he would still have his little side b*itch aka. Haesoo waiting for him at home.
