Forgotten yaoi title ?

I remember reading a yaoi about a guy in love with a vampire (or some kinda supernatural) who took care of him since he was a kid and they sleep together but despite the the first guy being in love with the second, the second keeps telling him he likes him but "he isn't his heart" or something like that because he is looking for someone who will be "his heart".

I know this is super vague and probably no one will know the answer but I remember reading it months ago and I made sure to not add it to my lists because I hated the angst but now I just want to know what happened and whether the first guy moved on or not
