suggest an alternative, and in order for it to drive the plot it has to be equally as dramatic, it has to provide the seme with an opportunity to save the uke as well as discover that he loves the uke more than he thought. It has to be visual like something that can be played out on a stage. It has to forge a new bond between the characters. It can't be thoughts and feelings that change. There has to be a real event. Forgive me for saying this, but give an option instead of just complaining. I'm not trying to be rude so please pardon the bluntness. Seriously give some thought to another device that will do the same thing as a rape in a plot. I'd be interested to hear some ideas from those this bothers so much

It gets so annoying, I find a great omegaverse story and than they just add rape so the semester can come and the save the uke, like can they're be a great love story in the omegaverse without rape! I'm not a victim of rape but seeing it drawn out and happen divertimento like it's and everyday thing gets annoying and honestly feels likes rape is romantisized, I've meet real rape victims and it's just agrevating seeing this every where used as a story progression trope, Yaoi has some rapy trope but the omegaverse has to be the biggest part that romantisizes it.
