China is literally hell, censorship is the norm there like they can't even broadcast korean/japanese shows on national tv anymore, they also banned some of their TV personalities from going to some asian countries.
Just found this. I am curious how China can be so strict but still allow even censored publication at all. There were Chinese books made by fans for Japanese anime showing sex. The one author had to serve jail time. The other was threatened and destroyed books and asked buyers to do so out of fear. They were for the Yuri on Ice anime.
