shinsu already spoke about that to his friend about marrying her only by law and the friend agrees to it so, even if she marry shinsu friend it is almost the same as marrying chris since she knows nothing about chris either. i don't know about you but i rather marry a stranger who i am sure won't laid a finger on me that marry someone who has stayed by my side so long but still i know nothing about you and my trust for the person still wavers.
i feel the only reason why she accepted his marriage request is because he already kidnapped her. she is can't be sure what he will do if she doesn't agree so to marrying him, so her accepting his offer was the safest way, cause she asked herself again and again if that was the right choice
Guys I don’t know what you all nagging about I mean Chris has been with Sanghee for a long time now and admittedly he’s the only one who has treated her with the bare amount of respect without her having to “train” him.
I admit he’s a bit shady (⊙…⊙ )and his kingdom is too but I don’t see him as the bad guy. Now I also think he’s the one who has killed her in the other life but this is just a theory.
And to be fair she’s relaxed because he’s a guy she knows and trusts in and thinks won’t ever do any harm towards her person because he has had many opportunities (like knowing her secret of being a double face to survive) and never done her any harm. Plus his feelings for her. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I mean, Chris likes her (I think maybe he’s also a good actor and saying all that just cause ┑(￣Д ￣)┍) and she KNOWS and she knows he KNOWS she likes another guy and still is there for her so, yeah, totally normal Sanghee trusts him. Even when she realizes she’s been kidnapped, but it’s Chris offering her a solution.
What’s better, marrying a guy that knows you don’t like him, or marrying a total stranger that acts like he loves Shinsu? ┗( T﹏T )┛IDK but I prefer option 1.
She could also be thinking how if Shinsu never appears then maybe her feelings could change a bit for Chris, just a bit. That’s why she said he must keep his word.
