Omega was raped during high school, during that time he was seme's mate, but he was still insecure because the alpha who raped him was constantly bullying him and saying that Tamaki would have more pairs and that he (omega) was just another of others. Omega didn't tell anyone about being raped and I think that he felt guilty and this is the reason why he "uses" Tamaki.
I think this manga is really good, but it's going too fast, that's a pity. I find it cute but this one is one of the "worst" I have ever read ╥﹏╥
