One of the big reason porn isn't allowed for underaged ppl is cuz you're still growing up and your brain isn't fully formed yet, so you can easily develop an addiction and dependency to porn. Your brain could even mark porn as the only source of stimulus and "rush of emotions". Wish is what leads to the then growing want for more and more :)
In conclusion: there's a reason why porn is 18+
