Nope, even before human kingdom Always summon a hero to kill the demon lord to expand the human territory... If the demon lord really want to kill those human in the kingdom they can easily kill them all but they dont because they want peace... Both of them are wary for each other but human is too greedy while the demon is only territorial like animals
