Weirdly enough it is, he “met” someone who was “compatible” with him (i guessss). But he still has his actual fated pair but the one who bit him wasnt the fated pair so I think it can work like that, but also kinda not cause omegas are said to be with only one person and not being able to leave the relationship if they are biten the alpha can( sorry for the long ass paragraph )

In most omegaverse mangas Omegas, who were already bitten by an alpha, won't react to another alphas pheromones, usually the omega doesn't effect other alphas and the omegas can't have sex with another alpha. But the uke didn't smell his fated mate after getting bitten. He sensed/smelled him, then got raped and bitten and then met hom years after the incident. So I don't see a problem or a error made by the author.
