Hii, I'm asking if anyone know the manga name . What I rmb It's a yaoi manga where the uke inherited a old building to rent out rooms. His childhood friend help fixed the building walls. There several stories of each tenant itself. In the end the uke left the room beside his room waiting for the childhood friend to move in .
