Ending spoiled

I finished reading it (including the extras) and here are some spoilers for how it ended for everyone who's interested:

There was an actual psychopath in this story but it wasn't our male lead, it was his blonde friend with the glasses. He already killed animals when he was a child and his mum had (I think it was) antisocial disorder, hence why his parents got divorced. When he showed signs of the same illness his father started to worry and blonde guy tried to hide it because he didn't want to get kicked out by his dad. One day he cut up his pet bird with a scissor and male lead was there as well when his father came home. Male lead took the blame for it and for several other things blonde guy did hence why everybody thought he was the psycho. However, male lead managed to blackmail blonde guy into being less of a psychopath because of this, so that was good. On the other hand, blonde guy became obsessed with male lead which was bad because he then threatened and attacked our female MC. It wasn't working though since she grew up among gangsters and easily overpowered him.
MC and male lead never ended up having a romance or anything like that but male lead still has a crush on his maestro.
The bullying arc ended with chubby guy almost killing male lead by accident but everything turned out be better at the end. He even lost weight and at least it seems like his mum finally understands him better. His childhood crush (bunny girl) still doesn't recognize him though. She ended up with the sister (yes!) and was revealed to have a very shitty past as well which occasionally results in her completely losing it.
The main bully also became a better person although he still has anger issues.
The two other teachers (which I will call creep and cute) have a long history together. Cute has a borderline personality disorder and is constantly thinking about suicide and creep is just crazy. He tried to attack a guy who was interested in her and tried to kill her when he thought she wanted to commit suicide but he was no match for her.
MC seems to be happy, the bully arc took a toll on her but I think she's doing a lot better now than she did in the past.
Overall, things got pretty dark but ended on a positive note and it was very much worth the read (too bad we didn't get more of cute's story though, she turned out to be the most interesting character imho). On a side note, I'm also convinced that there isn't a single straight character in this story (thumbs up for that).

    Spoilers

MC and Mr. Choi desperately try to find Ms. Oh because Mr. Choi sneaked into her apartment and discovered that she was gone and visited a suicide club site (to plan a group suicide) the last time she was online. We then see Ms. Oh in the car with the other members of that group and that's when the flashback starts.
They (Oh and Choi) met in college. He was trying to act all nice and normal at first but she didn't really like him. Then he goes into her apartment and finds her with one of her wrists slit in the bathroom, but nowhere serious enough to cause serious physical damage. He then gets a little bit insane as he starts a monologue about how that kind of suicide attempt is pointless and that she should rather hang herself. She leaves.
That's when we find out that she has never really had a childhood or a life of her own since she always had to take care of her siblings and that she's depressed because she can find no meaning in life.
She now (during the college flashback) seems to be interested in Mr. Choi simply because she doesn't have to hide her negative thoughts from him or act cheerful.
After that they become more "friendly" with each other until another guy starts showing interest in her and she decides to play along. She asks him out, he says yes and that's when Mr. Choi goes into a jealous rage. He shows up with a knife in front of them, threatens to kill her then tries to stab the other guy and when he gets mildly injured during their fight, he blames her for it and tells her that she has to stay by his side because he's her responsibility now (basically telling her that he is her meaning in life now, whether she wants that or not).
Meanwhile, in the present time, Ms. Oh successfully managed to prevent the group from committing suicide although she did it with slightly shady methods.
Mr. Choi was going crazy while searching for her and when he finally finds her he has a knife again and tells her that if she still wants to die she should at least die by his hands. He attacks her but he's easily defeated by her. He seems to be pretty sad and tells her not to abandon him.
We find out that she still wants to die but also that Mr. Choi going crazy over her makes her feel good and that she's a teacher because she wants the kids to live a better life than her.
