ive read the korean raws, so far there’s no indication as who has the same crest and why/how the scars disappear also has not been explained.. it’s up to chapt 39 now

so uh... do they have the same crest? the guy also have the green glowing thing on his chest..? so i guess they're fated then? or am i wrong? also his scars disappears the time they fell of the horse, and her being the villain's savior is the reason right?
