I think you're missing the point of the story. It's because she doesn't act like other ladies that is she gets away with what she says and does. Honestly the only one pointing out her flaws is her cheating bastard of a fiance, everyone else actually likes her. And the prince......well he's not exactly the commanding type, now is he?

Her behaviour is fitting of an antagonist. but the way other people let her get away with it is too absurb. If she was a princess I could understand but she is just a low rank noble so for her to insult someone from higher rank (the main girl), and act like shes an equal to the prince is a big plot hole.
Antagonist can be devilish AND both interesting/ realistic done too. This one wasn't it for me.
Sorry, the other girl registered so low on the memory scale that when I read "Heroine" I thought only of Yulia. Now that I'm on the same page, you're right. Her behavior is not something that would normally be tolerated, but for the sake of the "plot" and the fact that those involved in correcting her already know what's going on, she is being allowed to continue for now. Plus you have to remember her biggest support is coming from the son of a Marquis, which is a higher title than Baron or even Yulia's father, who is a Count. With Yulia's idiot fiance backing the idiot Baron's daughter, there is little Yulia can and others can do other than reprimand the "heroine". The only one in that group that has a higher social standing is the prince, and he doesn't want to even get involved.

Why other noble people always point out her disrespectful, inappropriate conduct - but do nothing about it? The way she gets pushy with the prince too - i mean an insult to royal would normally be punished no? how come she could get away with her behaviour like this? too absurd
