If i remember i think i have seen something very similiar to this, dont remember which manga it is but the only difference being that if theres a scar appear on ur soulmate, it will appear on that person too. I think the persons soulmate was suicidal/going through hard times and marks always appear on the other persons arm that he cant wear short sleeved clothes
