Tidbit of a spoiler-ML is the sick one and the other are just for comedy relief purpose . For that other guy he captured our MC and tried to turn her in because red eyes-evil doctor- and saw her act suspiciously. Good person but not our ML.
Major spoiler- they’re getting married in the next couple of chapters. Ml and mc.
