There was an April's fool version of ch 7 released. But mangago has since posted the correct translation up instead of it.

Truthfully I was confused too. Because it was such a random and stupid translation, plus it does not say that it was that it was a fake translation until the end (or maybe not I don't remember). And it wasn't even April when I started reading the manga.
