The trans of the novel is still ongoing, but in the ones that have been translated, I can see how Jiho (white haired guy) is the ML instead of Chun yeong (blue haired model guy). Jiho cares about her A LOT, and will continue to respect her wishes compared to Chun yeong who imo has stepped over the line a few times (i.e remember, Dannie does not like to be the center of attention, Chun yeong fought Ruda in a CR bcs of her, but mostly bcs Ruda is correct when he told him that they really weren't close to Dannie, long story). Personally, Ruda and Jiho are the ones most compatible to Dannie cos they ABSOLUTELY respects her decisions even if they do think it is idiotic (in Jiho's case, his actions do paint him as someone who has consideration to Dannie's "dream" compared to others who looks like they have forgotten about it, sans the one with eidetic memory). Most importantly, Jiho is the one character in the series that she relies on the most, even though most of them were put into the background of the novel.

TL;DR the devil is in the details, really.

ah when you put it that way I can see the better potential in having Jiho as the ML even though he hasn't quite had as much of a shiny shippy spotlight like the others from what we have seen as of rn.

I know what you mean now hahaha and I actually agree when it comes to Jiho. Other than Yeo Ryung, him and Ruda are frequently mentioned in the novel and, the way Jiho cares in his own way makes me AAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!! I ship them so haaaaaaaard! ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

Sorry, I haven't read the full novel yet so I don't know anything about the ending. Up until the latest chapters tho, there has been no mention of her "dream" occuring again
