Khaol was already with Kaveri when he met Ilya in the battlefield and spared his life. There is a scene of Kaveri asking whether that's the pretty foreigner he spared and Khaol replies that Kaveri is the only pretty foreigner in his eyes. So, answer is NO. Khaol was never interested in Ilya. It might turn out that Ilya was interested in Khaol though.
did Khaol already in relationship with Kaveri when he meet Ilya? Idk somehow I feel that Khaol seems interested in Ilya.. (srry just ma feeling) but it kinda confusin me cus idk how but just wonderin does he really love Kaveri? is his feel real for him? Idk just got this feelin when the way Khaol saw Ilya for the first time n also his made such an expression when Ilya saw their makin lov, srry i cant explain it well but i wanna share ma thought with u guys =.=
