You need to recheck your facts. Even in the wild a fox can live up 10 years of age. In captivity, if well cared for, it can live up to 15 years. I don't know where you get your information, but a basic wildlife program gives more accurate info than the BS you are spewing. Only in fur Mills does a fox not make it beyond the age of 2 or three for sure. Even in the wild they can live beyond that.
Fox have on average a 2 or 3 years lifespan. It's been a decade since the prince adopted him, he should be dead.
